Thanks to some helpful people, I now have all the soundtracks here on my PC and will upload them all as soon as possible! Here's a list of everyone who sent me something, thank you all very much (even though some of it was stuff I already had)!

  • wormser13demolay
  • Cleveland Rock!
  • Damian Serafini
  • Matthew Yeske (all soundtracks lolwut)
  • Michael Brown

Thanks a lot everyone!

Oh no!

Something happened and now almost all of the PW soundtracks have been deleted! I have no local nor any remote backups, so could anyone who has downloaded any of the full soundtrack rars PLEASE send me an e-mail at nardi11011@gamerarmy.com? The future of the archive is in your hands ;)

Gyakuten Kenji soundtrack is UP

November 29th, 2009

Enjoy. Yes I'm lazy.

After another 4 months, I've updated the music archive! Yay! I've fixed the filenames, updated the layout, and added the new GMO '08 album and a Remixes section. Big thanks to Matthew/Fallen_Reality to helping me out with the file renaming, you saved me a lot of work!

To anyone reading this: if you've remixed/rearranged some of the AA music and would like me to put it on this site, just send me an email (bottom right corner) or comment on this post (yes, I read them all). Please report any problems you may find to me by one of the ways I just mentioned, so I can fix them.

I really need to start posting some more, especially stuff that's not related to any of the last three posts. I'll probably update my current website setup from Nginx+Rails 2.0.2+Mongrel+Mephisto 8.0 to Apache+Rails 2.2+Passenger+Mephisto 8.1 sometime this week, so there might be some downtime, but you can expect an update after that!

(i promise i'll backup everything before messing with the site...)

And I might post something about this game I'm thinking of making... (that's only in design stages and not playable yet :( )

Now go to the link you all know and love and download some songs! I'll need to fill up my bandwidth, only 3.5TB left!
And donate me some money by clicking on the button in the top right corner, this site is expensive! (If you do, I'll send you a screenshot showing that it went to server costs.)

Updating the music archive

September 25th, 2008

First of all, thanks for all the comments on the PW music archive, I'm glad you all appreciate it. Over the next few days I will fix some of the corrupted song files and the inconsistent filenames, and maybe add some other PW-related stuff I've found. I might also actually use this site for something else... sometime... maybe... Anyway, thanks for the support and I'll update this post when everything is fixed!

Also, @uop: Ja ik ben Nederlands, jij ook?

This is my first real post, so why not make it a useful one?

Final Turnabout shut down a while ago, unfortunately. I loved it because it had all the Phoenix Wright soundtracks and some cool remixes and other bonus songs. Luckily, I downloaded most of the stuff on there before it went down.

So what to do with it? Well, since I've got about 5 TB bandwidth per month left and lots of free space, I've decided to mirror the site partially (maybe even fully sometime) here. As of now only the PW1-3 OSTs are up, with the Orchestra remixes soon to follow (some of the filenames are also a little inconsistent). And yes, the layout is pretty much just copypasta from the original site.

EDIT: I guess unless someone still has a request for something I missed, everything's up now. Enjoy!

Anyway, not to hold you up any longer:

Phoenix Wright Music Archive

Hello Mephisto World!

March 16th, 2008

After lots of work, I've finally gotten Mephisto up and running om my DH account. It's running better than any other Rails app I've tried until now, including my own, though it's still pretty slow. But that's mostly FastCGI's problem. Why didn't I just go with a PHP solution, you ask? Because:

  • I don't like PHP.
  • I wouldn't be able to make changes to the code myself as easily.
  • Most PHP weblogs either kinda suck, or are just too complex.

(That was a Markdown list test ;) )

Anyway, I'll be finishing up the setup here and then I'll be able to finally actually write some posts.
